“It's expensive, but at least you can get it. It has increased in price dramatically in the last 10 years.”
“You can contribute plenty, but it's completely unmatched by the company. It would be nice if they at least matched 2-3%.”
“2 weeks of vacation in the first year and 2 weeks of sick time. After a few years the rate you accumulate it goes up. Not bad at all.,”
401k, competitive wage, health insurance
good idk tbh yes on good
Good health plans good vacation and they do offer a sick plans does offer a 401 k plan does offer a retirement plans you hve to be there away befor any retirement plans are available
Great Benefits for health, dental, and vision.
Amazing benefits for me as well as dependents.
All benefits including pension and profit sharing
Good insurance, premiums are high.
PTO, sick time, profit sharing, paid holidays, health insurance
The benefits package is very mediocre for a corporate position. Two weeks of vacation and sick (that you are pressured not to take at most locations), no match on the 401K, stingy retirement plan. Health insurance is good though!
Best is profit sharing which can seriously vary from $500-$30000 depending on how sucessful you and are profit center are. The benefits are not set up on somewhat of a cheap side since the company is private and looks to cut costs where it can.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
