Best: insurance, 401k, paid vaca & sick days, employee discounts. Worst: Nepotism, corporate ignorance, stores have slow computers+a glitchy POS.

Great health care plan, including dental and vision coverage. Company will match up to 5% of 401k contributions.

If you are full time, you will get all of the health benefits, which is great. Also, you might not be off on a federal holiday, but you do get a paid day off for that holiday. The employee discount is great too.

Did not receive benefits as a temporary employee which is understandable. However, we still got to partake in some employee perks like discounts.

Best thing is the insurance options that are available, 401 k, and quarterly profit sharing.

best-Healthcare coverage, worst-limited access to utilize PTO

Subsidized health insurance (choice of 3 plans), matching 401(k) up to 5% of salary, the amount of PTO you can accrue is unrivaled in this industry (although it can be difficult to take time off as you move up the ranks)

    - Medical/dental insurance benefits are very competitive. - Almost all benefits activate on date of hire. Do not need to wait to begin accruing vacation/sick days or for insurance to kick in. - Employee discount and profit sharing are great.

You get half off all almost all the product there. You get an amazing amount of vacation and sick days, and they pay you once every other month to stay home. You also get snow days if the weather is too bad.

Health insurance partially paid by the company. Not the best. Generous amount of paid time off.
