When I started you were given 12 paid "holidays" to take off in addition to the vacation time accrued. A few years ago this was cut back to 7, with the district manager telling the employees that "You'll NEVER use all your paid time off!" Huh??? These "holidays" were a wonderful benefit that were one of the perks of the low wage.

Standard sick and vacation time accrual. Asking for it and getting it can be tough busy weeks, but that's everywhere.

I've taken 3 weeks off this year, and I still have about 100 hours of vacation time. No complaints there.
