Health insurance is difficult to navigate.
The health insurance is terrible. No one understands how it works. It’s like jumping through hoops to try and submit a claim since almost no one is actually “in network”.
Very flexible - employee owned and will work with family matters.
low premium health insurance with high deductible, 6% 401k at 50%, health insurance may not be accepted everywhere, 2 weeks PTO to start
You have no health insurance, it should be renamed to Hospital Insurance.
Self Insured High Deductable Health insurance is Bad. If your are too sick they will lay you off.
Very high deductibles. Also requires you to stay on top of your receipts.
Health insurance is really an odd deal. Insane deductibles and hard to understand policy. Dental and vision were a lot better coverage and easier to understand.
Best part? 401K Plan, Health Insurance, Vacation & Paid Time Off, Retirement Plan, Paid Holidays, Job Training, Life Insurance, Tuition Assistance.... Worst part? The Health Insurance & 401k Plan should come in plain English.
