Benefits can be costly for families
The health insurance is expensive (I guess that's most places now). Everything else is pretty decent. About 7 hrs PTO per ppd.

Benefits are very expensive for being a billion dollar health system. The CEO has taken away all the perks and benefits of being a long term good standing productive employee and preaches pay for performance but you only get a 2% raise when raises are even approved. Furthermore, insurance benefits go up substantially more than the raise we never get each year.
I loved everything about the benefits package.
Best thing, Low copays and low out of pocket cost, great physicians to choose from.
Health Insurance. 403B with 1% matching your first year. 4 weeks paid vacation annually, with 10% of unused vacation cashable.
Can only apply once a year, if you mis-enrollment you have to wait until the next year to apply. Therefore you mis having insurance for a year.
Vacation is usually not promised. Manager waits until the day of to notify whether or not you will be granted paid leave.
High deductable plan for family makes you go broke before benefits kick in.
