The health insurance is through Cigna. Which is excellent insurance with low costs. They also offer vision, dental, and offer discounts at some places.
The offer two different types of insurance plans. If you are single and solo then the price actually isn't too bad. However, add a spouse or kids in there and it Quadruples in price. The network is limited, one two pharmacies to choose from and one after 6:00pm. It is awful. Half of your paycheck goes to benefits.
403b matching. PL is 1 day off every two weeks.
They have alot to choose from - can get very specific with whatever your needs are.
Benefit package is flexible and has many offerings from health care, dental, 403B with a matching contribution, time off is earned by years of service. Best thing is there is time off however it is one account for vacation, sick, and holidays. More options to allow more time off would be great for example allowing a few days a year off with no pay.
