StarStarStarStarStar Former Field Service Engineer in Houston, Texas

Best: probably as good if not better than most other companies in the oil and gas industry in the United States; Worst: there is nothing worse about it, it was simply very good.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Warehouse Supervisor in Houston, Texas

Good overall 401K plan that includes company match. Do not like the new owner of the accounts but not a fan of many brokerage accounts overall

StarStarStarStarStar Current MWD/LWD Field Engineer in Lafayette, Louisiana

Company match is 5%, the plan is through fidelity and is very good. Company also puts an additional 2% in your 401k at the end of year

StarStarStarStarStar Current Pump tech in Artesia, New Mexico

Not to informed on all the pros of 401 k but I would think it's a good plan they will match you up to 6% and you can borrow from yourself after a year or something. Like I said I'm no pro at this stuff but I would think it's good

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Odessa, Texas

It takes 3 years to for their 401k ti best so make sure to put more than the minimum just in case you quit

StarStarStarStarStar Former QA Analyst in Houston, Texas

I like the company matching. Usually 4% at a dollar for dollar match and 50% thereafter.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Senior Product Manager in Houston, Texas

Stocks and bonus plan is really good.

  • Apr 03, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Current Material Control Specialist in Odessa, Texas

Has great matching and options through fidelity. When business is strong company adds additional percentage points to your contribution. 2017 was 3% on top of original match regarldess if you contribute or not.

  • Mar 31, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Current Operator Assistant in Naples, Utah

The only down side is that it takes a year (maybe two?) before you are fully vested in your 401k funds.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Bakersfield, California

The 401k is a great plan and they match a pretty good percentage, if I recall correctly, 6%.
