The company does not work with you while out on MLOA in explaining or assisting when you get close to your FMLA 12 weeks of job protection. They pass the buck so to speak and send you to HR and then HR sends you to Employee Relations and no one will give you a straight answer until that job protection date has passed and then it's too late.
No experience with this but I've heard it is good
they adhered to FMLA policies....no other choice
Confusing. A lot of moving parts and not knowing who to contact is the general theme of the company. This is no different.
I was glad to see Halliburton Family Medical Leave. So far this is not a program I have had to use in my life. But I still gave this program a rating of Very Satisfied.
