Interns get retirement plans and matching The catch: while Halliburton does match, you can only claim the match amount if you work with the company for at least 2 years. BUT, it's still good to at least contribute the match amount because it will still factor into the interest.
Halliburton is a good company to work for. I've always had the impression from my friends that the benefits package was on par or better. Great Insurance; 401k match; also have a employee stock purchase program.
