Premiums are expensive for single insurance but good family insurance. And insurance can be used almost anywhere.
Good Medical with low out of pocket expenses for everything, had some major surgery and didn't pay a cent out of pocket

Employee stock options were great, especially during the downturn. Honestly the best benefit package of any employer I've had this far.
Bonuses within the first 2 years. Signing bonus, Training completion bonus, Breakout bonus.
Average to less than average overall benefits package. The best thing would be the 401K match at 100% match on first 4%, 50% match up to 6%. Health benefits are barely better that the ACA and each year for 7 years it went up 20% or more.
