My manager was always very flexible with my hours because I was in school at the same time as working at Hallmark. However, not every manager or Hallmark has this much flexibility.
3 hour start time window was nice, so if you have something you needed to do right before work you could take care of it without worrying about being late
This was allowed more when I first started. They are cutting back on this benefit.
Flexible hours, but long hours.
Work between certain hours but always had to work every holiday before and after.
During the off season, you will very likely get your hours cut. However, if it's busy, it is not hard to get someone who can cover you if you need it.
the best part is hours are flexible which helps when you have kids and need to be there for them, the worst part is you have a cap of 25 hours because of obamacare.
You could work any time, as long as you got your work done on specific days. But during holiday season, there was no flexibility
No hours one week,,50+ the next week,,, not dependable at all,,, hollared at if you go over hours
The hours are very flexible until the holiday seasons.
