I was hired as a contracting Intern so I did not have a benefits package at Halyard Health because my position was temporary.
Insurance is not expensive for a family.
Nothing negative to say, on par with industry
3 weeks vacation plus 4 floating holidays from the start
The co-pays are reasonable for the PPO plan, vacation time is generous (3 weeks minimum at start of employment), 401K could be better in terms of the company's investment.
Generous vacation time, very good benefits package, 401K contribution could be higher though.
I found the benefits package to be comparable as with other large companies.
Amazing discounts through the company for everything from traveling to dining options, cell phone providers. For a "new" company Halyard has a lot to offer
I have no benefits, I work under a contract
They are available to all and affordable.
