Good: The best benefit by far is tuition reimbursement. Bad: The 401k match is laughable. You can get $1000 maximum match per year.
Best- low cost, great medical, dental, vision. Company paid life insurance and disability. Start with 4 weeks of time off and 10 holidays. Great network and fsa. College tuition paid at 100%! Worst- no gym, cafeteria, or showers.
Vacation must be pre-accrued to use and must be used in increments of 8 hours (no partial days). You start with 10 days and have a 6 month no vacation probation once you’re hired. Makes it hard to plan around life events and such
United Healthcare has a strong network. All the hospitals in the area are covered. 80/20 plan with $350 deductible. 3 weeks of vacation, 1 week of sick, 10 holidays.
The benefits are inexpensive. Very robust plan. Lots of coverage. 3 weeks of paid time off. 10 holidays. Cover the entire family for everything for $250 mo.
1,000 match for 401K, Industry standard for healthcare
Great benefits I love their Benefits
Poor 401k from company. Minimal vacation time offered to seasoned employees.
All benefits were far below average for a tech company.
Health insurance seems good, 401k matched to a 1000 dollars yearly, 5 sick days, and 10 vacation days all paid. I wish it was 14 days vacation.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
