Hamline does not provide any form of benefits package to its adjunct faculty.

Right now the best things about the benefits are the sick and vacation days and the tuition benefit. The worst thing is the change to the retirement plan that now has a long vesting period and a significant reduction in the contribution from the University.
Time off is down to 10 days starting. Health insurance is much better now with Medica. 401K is solid.
