attractive commission structure, great weekly merit based incentives
Unlimited holidays, insurance, all taken care off...
Benefits are expensive but don’t cover much
I enrolled in commuter benefits but never received a card with allowance to pay for commuter costs. I opted to stay on my parents benefits to save money.
Rated 4 out of 5 because: 1. In NYC every employee has unlimited vacation days on top of almost all federal holidays. 2. Also medical/dental/vision/life insurance (if they opt in). 3. Summer Fridays. 4. Early leave Thursdays if personal targets achieved 5. Monthly lunches for high performers 6. Commuter benefits 7. Sponsored and paid for company trips (3 times per year) 8. Christmas - New Years office closure The only reason I wouldn't give a 5 is lack of 401K. Would like to have some sort of 401k or pension for my future.
