1 week offered of each I believe after you are with the company for a year (with my franchise)
PTO/Vacation time accures after 1 year- it is alright, but I think that it would benefit the company to have vacation time start accruing after 90 days. In a college town 1+years of employment in the same company is rare and if they want to stay attractive, it would be more of an enticement for hiring.
The only paid time off is the paid 1 week vacation you get after working a year. and by "week" i mean the average hours you'f typically get in a week. Other than that you'd get no paid time off.
I always chose to cash out my Vacation & Paid Off time instead of using it for actual vacation time.
too little for management position, 2 weeks after 2nd year, 3 weeks after 7 years. and that is the cap.
Sick and vacation pay in accordance with years worked.
Pretty good. Accrual system. The more you work the more PTO you earn. Had three weeks earned after first year
they keep your earned vacation when you leave
They only offer Vacation and Paid Time off to full time employees, but only a select few are full time.
