1 week offered of each I believe after you are with the company for a year (with my franchise)

PTO/Vacation time accures after 1 year- it is alright, but I think that it would benefit the company to have vacation time start accruing after 90 days. In a college town 1+years of employment in the same company is rare and if they want to stay attractive, it would be more of an enticement for hiring.

The only paid time off is the paid 1 week vacation you get after working a year. and by "week" i mean the average hours you'f typically get in a week. Other than that you'd get no paid time off.
