“Employees are entitled to $35/night stays at any Hilton property, also automatically enrolled in the HiltonHonors guest rewards program at the Silver level.”
“The computer-based, on-the-job, online training program is lengthy but effective. Employees are valued by other companies for the Hilton/Hampton Inn training experience.”
“1 week offered of each I believe after you are with the company for a year (with my franchise)”
The best thing about the benefit of working with Hilton is the travel discounts that you, or your family, can take advantage of.
No healthcare benefits offered, very low starting pay. Employee discount is generous (but not free) for those who travel and stay in hotels.
Through the main company it was fine, the health care was high
It was ok for me
They matched 401k which was helpful! Their PTO plan was not great. You had to use your PTO if you were sick as they didn’t have sick days and after being their for almost 9 years i was only maybe around 5.41 an hour that accumulated for PTO.
Full time employees should be paid for holidays
I work for a seasonal property so their are no healthcare benefits.
I got hurt while doing my job but they did not pay my hospital bills so I ended paying out of my own pocket.
Nothing it was insulting
no benefits besides discounts at Hilton hotels. not even holiday pay.
