Health insurance available after 90 days, vacation after 1 year
There was no benefits package for hourly part-time employees when I worked there. The corporate head quarters puts a lot of pressure on the employees to meet sales quotas on specific items with no incentive offered.
There were benefits available but only if you worked consistently above a certain number of hours. Payroll made sure that no one worked enough hours to qualify.
They give an option to get a health insurance. But with min wage they pay it`s impossible! No sick days. No pay vocation days.
No real benefits as almost all store personnel are part time. Prior to notice of company closing, employees were required to participate in a program that encourages customers to purchase a special deal card in order to get discounts on big ticket items. Employees were enrolled in this program as well. It purported to give deep discounts for travel, rental cars, hotels, etc. This was the only thing approaching benefits that I was made aware of.
No match to 401k plan.
the insurance is a little high but it is good insurance with blue cross blue shield Just expect it to go up every year
Insurance is good, but costly. 401K is a joke. No stock option. Get ready to use your vacation time to cover your payroll overages from week to week.
There was none for me as a part time employee
Good health insurance , vacation time earned. Although hard to use it all
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
