Health insurance, 401k, paid for CEU, paid training, free uniforms, monthly massages, Christmas party!

There are no perks to being an SA, we were promised one free facial or massage each month which did not occur at all, you get $10 commission for every membership you sell but that's it.

My hours were cut back so that I couldn't get insurance. There are no paid days off.

They don’t tell you about 401(k) when you’re full-time they expect you to find that out yourselves by other people, they give you a little time to add health insurance

the only thing they had was a 401k plan but you had to at least work for at least a year to qualify for the plan

There are no benefits except you get a free massage or facial every month, and you get to choose which one you want. Also 20% off products (but it isn't really worth it because the products are so expensive.)

Since I'm older....I like the 401k automatic deduction per pay period
