    Flexible work hours, decent health insurance, 3 weeks vacation with some flexibility, allowance towards using the Handy services every month and catered lunch/dinner every day.

    There arent any as a contractor...I lovebanything customers ask you to do can be paid outside of handy because they steal your hard earn tips and wages.

    Working as a handyman contractor and not an employee, you do not receive any type of benefits. Not sure about other contractors such as cleaners.
