We didn't have any health insurance benefits. Also we were paid on a scale ranging from 15 to 22 dollars an hour which was determined by our clients. This is fine as long as we have a chance to dispute a rating. But we don't

The worst thing is that there are no benefits. No health insurance, 401k, they steal any tips you make by not passing them on to you ( a few of my customers and I compared notes and caught them), no potential for better positions, no full details of jobs, a lot of gas wasted being sent an hour drive between jobs no vacation.

There are no benefits what so ever. The company has found a loop hole, whereby they do not consider you an employee. You are considered a self-employed, 1099-tax status, individual cleaner who opts to use their app to find jobs. In this way, they are not required to, and do not, supply any benefits. However, even though you are not their employee, you are required to work a certain number of jobs per time frame and have a certain dress code as well as maintain a certain rating number in order to continue to use the app. This is actually illegal and they have dealt two separate class action lawsuits that I am aware of (and I think Handy lost at least one of the lawsuits but I'm not entirely sure).

There are no benefits. The positions are independent contractors, and must provide everything for themselves

Zero benefits or packages as they regard you as a 10-99 contractor.
