the only benefit i get is a 401k savings plan
The best thing is the dental insurance, health insurance not the best.
Healthcare benefits are top motch
Generous vacation allowance, 3 weeks plus 3 floating holidays that can be used whenever. onsite perks have deteriorated since returning from COVID. Health insurance and retirement are pretty standard.

Medical and dental plans offered great coverage. You do sometimes have to read the fine print of medical coverage especially if you have a new baby. 401K match was sufficient. You have the option to participate in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan to buy Company stock at a discount. Vacation as a new employee was not competitive when I joined in 2008. I believe they increased it to 3 weeks for new hires when I left in 2020. You are also forced to use 4 vacation days between Christmas and New Years (good and bad).
