Best thing.....nothing. Worst thing....the entire benefits package is terrible. Vacation/sick days are accrued 5/6th of a day each month equaling 10 days for each by December so unless you ask upfront for all 10 days at the beginning of the year, plan to wait til December to take a week off. 401K has no match. Health is expensive if you are doing a plan with a spouse/family. Maternity leave is 12 weeks unpaid. NO DIRECT DEPOSIT UNLESS YOU OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT WITH THEIR BANK.
None of the benefits are any good they are all as basic as you can get. Everyone who works here takes their spouses benefits if it is possible.
No match on the 401(k), Health Insurance is expensive with high deductibles and co-insurance (not an HSA).
Best- Health, Disability and Life insurance- not bad, not great. Worst- No 401(k) match.
No paid time off or sick days. The only benefit that they helped pay for was health insurance. If you had more than one person in your family you had to pay the whole difference in cost for anything more than a single person. The is not a 401k match. If you want Dental or Disability you have to 100% of those costs.
The health plan is rather expensive and there is no 401k match. The good thing is that they do offer health benefits and a Roth 401 k choice.
There is no best thing. The benefits are there which help however they're twice as expensive as the competitors', which will be rough while earning a salary that is a third of what you would earn elsewhere.
Limited vacation time that accrues over time, no 401k matching, expected to work 24x7x365, no cell phone compensation, and very difficult to get future insentives.
Expensive, no 401 k match.
No 401k match, no hsa
