There is no 401k contribution matching by the employer. This is strange for the type of company that this is.
The worst thing about this company is there training process. I do not recommend as they forget the fact the employees are 1099 and should be treated as such, though they treat young inexperience people like W-2 employees and that is playing with fire in the work force.
There are no employee benefit perks, unless you count the annual party that John Hantz throws. Beware of starting employment here.

We have to pay for 1/3rd of the benefits and that too seems to be more expensive than me going and taking an individual policy from outside the company.
Nothing very good. High employee contributions on health care, plus high out of pocket costs. Everything else, such as dental, vision, disability is 100% employee paid.
