Neutral. They offer sick and vacation time. If you call out they will use your sick time no matter what because once you call out and all your sick time is gone they will start to write you up. They will allow you to use your vacation time but you will be written up if you called out. But you did get those sick day and vacation days
It's okay. It has to be approved first though by the store manager. You also have to ask two weeks in advanced as well.
I requested time off without pay so I could see my brother who had cancer and was on east coast. Request denied. When I said that was one of the major reason for my decision to quit, my boss denied ever stating he denied my request.
The Time Off is available to every employee, you can accumulate it up to 320 hours! They offer the flexibility to cash out time if you have accrued more than you can use.
All employees earn PTO full and part time. They also allow employees to cash out PTO hours.

The vacation and paid time off works great. Vacation is accrued at a reasonable rate. The only caveat being that time off has to be submitted in person. It would be nice to access the information online and submit a request without having to physically be in front of the time clock.
You can accrue so much PTO, that you're forced to use it. I believe it took me 2.5 years to accrue all that PTO, though.
