As a part-time employee I get a 401K with matching funds, as well as paid vacation, sick days and personal days. Full-time employees get these things plus medical benefits. I am able to work from home whenever I need to (snow days at school, etc.) and time-shift my schedule as needed.

Great company match up to 5% of your own contribution to the retirement plan after your first year, but you have to work at least 1,000 hours within a year to qualify. This amount raises to 12% match after 5 years of employment. Worst: 100% employee paid voluntary life, short and long term disability insurance plans with high premiums. No vision insurance. Maternity & Paternity leave is only within the FMLA guidelines with no compensation unless you have saved up leave time.
