The best ever however it high .. But good
There is no benefits package. The health care plans they offer are over priced and dont even pay the percentage they say they will.
Insurance is ridiculously expensive, and you don't get much for what you put in
Best: free meal up to $5 each shift Worst: No discount on food when not working
There are not any benefits at Hardees.
When I first did an interview and was hired, I was told there were benefits after 90 days. I worked there a lot longer than 90 days and I never received any of those benefits. There was supposedly insurance, an option for managers to do a 401k plan, and a raise every 90 days until you made the maximum amount for your job title. I never received any of those benefits nor was I even offered those benefits. They were awful when I needed to take sick days but if I worked on holiday's I did get time and 1/2 pay.
No benefits if less than a year
Get PDB hours. Bad explanation of what you actually get for benefits.
