Employees get a half day every other Friday during the summer, food trucks regularly show up to feed everyone and the health plan is outstanding! PTO rolls over, and they give a generous amount to start.
lots of holidays off and summer hours. Theey have a 4011K the only problem is they don't pay you enough to contribute to it, so it's really only for the executives
Family coverage is horrible. Better hope that your spouse gets better health coverage that you can get on.
The benefits package for entry level and 20-somethings is great, but is not so great for employees with families. Does offer stipend for those employees that do not use company health insurance. Also, does not provide tuition reimbursement for employees looking to continue their education. But overall, pretty good, especially for a mid-sized company.
The PTO benefits are very generous.
Great paid time off policy (16 days your first full year, then 1 more for each additional year of service, up to 36); 401k matches 1/2 of your contribution up to 6% (so up to 3% for the company); good health insurance, cheap for yourself, but very expensive to add family; 13 weeks maternity leave paid @ 1/2 salary, 1 week paternity; $50k life insurance at no cost; long term disability at no cost; Flex Spending Account, AD&D, short term disability, and a few other similar insurances available for a cost; limited educational reimbursements (I think up to $200/year); mid- to upper-level employees may be eligible to work from home 1 day a week; gym membership reimbursement
