The 401k plan is great, life insurance for you and a dependent is affordable, although the health insurance isn’t affordable to suit my needs. The retirement plan has a great layout!!

There's really nothing bad to say.

They have ESOP but it takes 7 years before fully vested. They also have 401K with NO match. The rest of the benefits suck. The insurance is expensive and worthless. It does not cover preventive care. They were somehow able to keep that poor coverage after the ACA law passed a few years ago. They have no eye insurance or dental insurance, they have reimbursement which they will only reimburse once a year. They have bereavement leave, but only one person per year, so if your mother and father died a month a part you won't get paid leave for one of the funerals. Also, the insurance would not even pay for birth control. I only kept it so I wouldn't get a fine from the IRS.

No benefits for the interns, other than pay.

Literally no perks and I am not joking. Less than 15 employees in a store are full time and they can't afford their insurance. No time off. No discounts. It blows.

Benefits are rewarding. Employee praises and rewards are part of team building.

I was part time so I didn't receive benefits. I am not sure of all the benefits that full time employees can include
