My deductible is lower than that of most of my friends, and they have a decent 401 plan. Plus: Dentist.
Good matching and contribution on the 401k, health insurance plan costs aren't terrible.
The best thing is that the coverage is excellent. Wide range of doctors within the network and there's hardly any out of pocket costs for regular visits. The cost of the insurance is also pretty low considering what you get. Prescriptions are also affordable.
Good: 3% 401k match, good health insurance that covered most things w. a low copay. Bad: 10 days paid vacation, no company holiday at the end of December
Eh. 401(k) matching is good. The union maintains a fair balance, but it's also a publisher, so they're not exactly giving out company cars.
Good PTO, especially if you bring prior relevant experience. Good benefits and generous 401k match
The benefits package was about average. Nothing more or less than the usual for this industry.
I did not realize how good the health insurance was until I left. Much better than most
Lots of day off/vacation, great 401k options, good medical/dental too
Health and dental ok, not great.
