Fairly reasonable Health Insurance and other benefits.
Standard benefits package. Good with holidays and PTO accruals, but like most companies, insurance package is not generous enough and premiums are too much for average salary levels.
Worse thing with PTO and Vacation days is use it or lose it, I wish you could at least roll over at least 3-5 days. I understand that Harris wants you to take your vacation to get out of the office and spend time with family but it would be nice if you didnt use all the days you could at least roll over a few.
Health insurance was adequate at best. Over priced for what you made
Life Style Rewards are an excellent benefit
Basic benefits package nothing special.
Health Insurance is good at good price, PTO is decent. 401 is non existent with very bad matching scheme.
Metlife Dental. Covered orthodontia up to age 23 as opposed to others that cover up to age 19.
Great insurance benefits although they are moving to a wellness program so you have to put in effort for the additional benefits now. Time off and vacation time is very generous but the 401k is awful.
health insurance, dental and vision are excellent plans. Vacation doesn't carry over, but that is the company driving work/life balance. Annually lifestyle awards. 401k match is weak and caps off at a low level (a demonstration of focus on individual unit profits, and not investing in people with the full weight of the company)
