Harris Computer has a great benefits package with 401K and stock opportunities in their parent company.
Contribute max 3% to 401K on annual basis as long as you contribute 6%. There was a bonus program but our BU never received one. This varies by each BU. Health is okay, not the most expensive but not cheap either. They are self insured but managed by highmark. Highmark would not always pay on things that they should and it would require a phone call to BCBS and doctors office to have dr recode to get pmt.
There is a lot of free money that you can "earn" as long as you submit was is needed.
