    The 401(k) is excellent, but the healthcare is lacking. It's inexpensive, but it didn't cover everything my last organization offered. The PTO and sick leave policy is amazing. Virtually unlimited PTO. The pay is decent. Could be a little better, but it is competitive. Probably the best tuition assistance program I've ever seen.

    401k only matches up to 4%. Unlimited leave and vacation is okay, except you bank nothing and if you use more than 40 hours of sick leave, it's a problem.

    Good 401k match and "unlimited" vacation plan. Profit sharing has been reduced to zero. Health care has gotten expensive and has lees to offer now.

    Good 401k matching and stock giving. Good health care options. Good PTO program. No health club reimbursement although Harris claims to really care about your health.

    Best: 4 weeks' vacation 401k match is good for the area (6% after a year) Worst: Health insurance goes up every year; the HR head once LAUGHED about it out loud during a meeting about it 401k options are mid-tier at best (lots of high rates)

    Large company with good benefits, but no discount programs for Lynchburg, VA as they were all around the larger corporate offices. We also registered volunteer hours so the company could claim "look what we've done"

    Good health benefits at a cost that is in-line with other employers of the same size. "Unlimited" vacation, up to 4 weeks with no question, and beyond that requires 2 up manager approval.

    Every year or so they find some way to further reduce the benefits. Health care jumps significantly each year, vacation was move to use-it-or-lose-it, etc.

    The best part is the 6% 401k matching. The worst part is the medical insurance premiums increase quicker than salaries. Management is constantly reducing other benefits such as vacation, bonuses, education assistance...
