It was generally a good package... middle of the road... not the best... not the worst

I've heard maternity dips into your PTO which is odd. You get 20 PTO days and these include sick days so if you are sick you need to dip into vacation days.
First 3 months you're not SUPPOSE to take any time off. Accruing time off. Insurance is excellent. Company matches 401k

the insurance coverage isn't fabulous, as it is Omnicom based. However, H&S does pay a significant amount of the premium cost for employees for
401k match decreased a few years back.
There is ample vacation time, however the health insurance coverage and mainly the 401k package is abysmal.
It includes everything you need with a premiere healthcare plan since it is atop healthcare ad agency. You get vacation and 401k, just wish the agency closed during Christmas and New Years because you have to use vacation for that.
