I would describe the PTO as “only when it is convenient for the management” otherwise, too bad, so sad. It’s not up to you.
There is a lot of pto.
15-days accrued per year + 7 paid holiday days, standard for most employers
Amount time is good but will not carry over, must use by the end of the year or you will lose the hours
They would penalize you for taking PTO
PTO goes off of how many hours you put in, you can request vacation time or time off as long as you put notice in, in due time.
They are very proud that they offer some vacation and paid time off... but it's really nothing much to brag about.
Pretty good, 120 hours a year
sometimes supervisors take it personal and ignore you to get the vacation but they always approve the team lead ahead of everybody in the team. Sick!
There wasn't nothing wrong with the vacation or PTO.
