Could be better, but it's a decent plan
They offer a 403B. Plenty of plans to choose from and company reps visit campus so you can meet with them about your individual plan.
Harvard university has good Retirement plan for its employees
5% salary match for people below the age of 40, and 10% match for people above 40. Also, they bring Vanguard and Fidelity fiduciaries on-site to have discussions over how to better plan for your eventual retirement.
They contribute approximately 10% of you salary to your pension plan, which vests in 3 years.
