When you reach your 5 year anniversary, you will have 23 PTO days, not to mention 12 hours school activity every year.
Medical Benefits are though a third party AXIS. No doctor takes this insurance. Same goes for dental. One of the worst medical benefits I had to deal with. For context I was a contractor through Harvey Nash.
The health plan is cheap, but utterly worthless.
Average Benefits. HR was poor with follow up when you needed assistance
Great benefits! They also educate everyone to make sure they fully utilize them!
Best benefit is 401k with matching, but not yet completed vested after my 18 month contract. Wost is healthcare, I had to buy my own policy at an additional cost. I had dental for a while but ended up paying almost $200 on my second dental visit of the year. I guess they don't like to cover more than one visit.
They don't offer health insurance! The emergency health insurance they offer is extremely limited and practically of no use.
