Hastings offers a variety of insurance options (including health, vision, dental, and disability), a 401k plan through Wells Fargo, and both sick leave as well as vacation time. In addition, they offer an employee discount on the overwhelming majority of their products.
Insurance was good but expensive. But most companies are now. Good 401k. Took awhile to build PTO.
At times it would have been nice to get commission for the larger products that we did sell. This did not happen

The company paid their employees so little that many employees could not afford to have insurance taken out of their paychecks. Bills had to be paid at home. This company kept their employees in poverty.
They Covered all the necessary needs
