Hastings Mutual offers a good range of benefits for employees. I would say that the employee contribution is a little high and they don't offer tuition reimbursement.

Their Health Insurance to me is not as good as it should be for the amount the employee's payout. However if you are performing your job duties and not having any performance issues they are flexible with time and working from home.
