Benefits are good overall! Maybe not groundbreaking but certainly comparable to what you would get elsewhere. 401k match plus the ability to have an additional lump-sum match is a great perk.
Hastings Mutual offers a good range of benefits for employees. I would say that the employee contribution is a little high and they don't offer tuition reimbursement.

The increases in benefits every year do not even get close to the cost of living. With decreases in raises every year many of us actually have always brought home less in paychecks. Its a hard world for a single parent.
Their Health Insurance to me is not as good as it should be for the amount the employee's payout. However if you are performing your job duties and not having any performance issues they are flexible with time and working from home.
