You get $500 every year to use as you wish to better yourself culturally and professionally. Most people take art classes, get magazine subscriptions, etc. This was nice because it's separate from Continuing Education funds
great benefits, good dental. great health insurance, great dentists, good eye care, great physicals, good selection of excellent doctor time off to go to visits weekly daily
This is a great place to be at and I have been fortunate enough to have had the experience to be at Havas. They even paid over-time hours to the Interns.
decent benefits for health once you get over the high deductible
It was so great. the atmosphere there is quite good and there's a lot of snacks and beverages for you to drink
Better healthcare benefits than most agencies. They had an HSA.
Vacation time is a big plus.
They paid overtime after 10 hours workday and on weekend.
Overwhelming amount of choices for sub par care.
They were pretty excellent to start, but my little agency within Havas merged with another agency and they fired all the great people I was excited about working with. Only the miserable people were left who seemed bent on making everyone else miserable and afraid for their jobs, AND they cut the excellent benefits down to a "high deductible" plan, so nothing was covered until you were thousands of dollar out of pocket. I was thrilled to leave, though I'm sure there are still pockets of wonderful people at Havas, sadly I was no longer working with them. Also 401k was cut down, along with a number of other benefits.
