“401k plan, company does matching”
“Decent health insurance options as well as dental and vision”
“Pretty standard. You can catch stuff on clearance often thought which is a huge savings.”
The cost to employees is the worst portion of the benefits. To be fair, benefits are great and the company pays in a lot to help cover the employees.
Decent health benefits, pto, sick days
Pretty good for a retail chain but nothing special.
You have to work there for a year before you get 2 weeks vacation.
good benefits package, nothing crazy
They have a 401K match and great employee discount
Good 401k options for employees
The best thing, for me, was the people I worked with. I have never worked with a greater group of people-friends-in my life.....at MY particular store. The corporate ‘culture’ of higher than store level managers, though, has some improving to do. They just don’t seem to relate, or fully understand, what all the branch inside sales/delivery/interior design/visual coordinators go through to better the overall opinion, and experience, the customers have with Havertys. It’s still a family-owned business, and almost all of the most executive positions are held because of nepotism, not not because they worked their way up.......and the opinions of the folks at the ‘ground level’ are hardly ever asked for, or taken into consideration.
Great benefits, can include multiple family members if necessary. Dental, health, vision, 401k, and others.
great benefits, can't complain about it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
