“I am satisfied with the health Insurance provided by the company”
“first come first served, no seniority, kind of nice. i think you get one vacation day per pay period if you are full time/36 hrs/wk.”
“I have been very happy with my plan”
Due to Covid 19, still stuck outside US, any benefits I could avail upon return.
Poor enrollment organization, HR unorganized
competitive pay (considering it's a non-profit org, but pays like a for-profit org), very low insurance cost for medical, drug, dental, and vision coverage, after a year of employment will match up to 3% of what you invest toward your 403b account, collect PTO after 90 probation.
Often hard to get paid time off (but getting better) only two nurses allowed at same time on any shift and requests must be submitted a year in advance.
Personally I like the Paid time off you can accumulate. You start with 7 hours every 2 weeks, then goes up as you progress. Especially after working 7 years, you get 10hours of PTO every 2 weeks! And can roll over unused leave. Tuition assistance up to 1k a year if it pertains to your job.
Vacation is tied with Sick Leave for under 3 days of being sick.
The benefits are amazing: - Retirement: 403(b) match after 1 yr+HPH pension plan after 1yr - Health Benefits: free PPO plan for employees if they complete a well-being assessment once a year ( or a cheap option for family coverage), HDS dental plan - PTO days: 7.7hrs/pay check but observed holidays are being deducted from PTO balance - Sick Leave: can only be used after 3 PTO days - FSA account: health expenses & dependent care - Life insurance: yes, even with upgrade option for additional coverage - Professional Development: can get reimbursed for CEUs taken outside the online training center - Tuition reimbursement: yes, for credit courses at universities, tuition discount also available for a couple of universities - Other benefits: discount for cell phone plans, gym memberships, Hawaiian Airlines It shows that the organization cares about their employees.
The company has a lot of great benefits! Fully paid medical, dental, vision, and prescription. They also offer a 403B (Non-profit retirement plan) as well as PTO, Extended Sick Leave, and a Pension Plan. The only concern I have with their benefits is that they utilize your PTO for holidays and if you call out sick. The only time the Extended Sick Leave kicks in is when you have used 24 hours (3 days) of your PTO. PTO should be a considered a separate pool as with Holiday Pay and Sick Leave.
Great benefits for everyone and really great health insurance.
Great medical and dental benefits. Fun employee engagement activities once a quarter. Hourly employees receive generous PTO but really sucks you need to use it for sick days too. Sick days can only be used after you've used 3 days of consecutive pto...while sick. It's a weird policy.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
