first come first served, no seniority, kind of nice. i think you get one vacation day per pay period if you are full time/36 hrs/wk.
Hard to get PTO only two RN at any time among all shifts allowed to be on PTO even if adequate coverage.
7.7hrs/paycheck for PTO but observed holidays get deducted, sick leave can only be used after 3 PTO days
Its paid and you can take as much as PTO as you want as long as you have the hours and it doesn't conflict with the department's overall work schedule.
Increases over time. Been here 10 yrs and I accrue 10.77hrs every 2 weeks. Max 700 hrs before stop accruing
Time off is very generous. Started with almost 4 weeks of vacation and increased slightly from that.
