Company takes the brunt of the health care costs and rarely ever raises what the employee has to pay in. Really good plan options, 3% match for Simple IRA, add a day of vacation for every year with the company. They really take care of their people.
Lots of options for dental/medical/vision
For a single individual, Hawkes completely covered healthcare premiums. They were also very generous with leave, for those who took it.
Good amount of vacation time. The entire week in between Christmas and New Years everyone gets off in addition to vacation time

Office is closed from Christmas to New Year's. Also awarded comp days for any travel done on the weekends.
Health insurance is covered in full for the individual, but gets pretty expensive if you have to add anyone else to the plan. They usually gave a pretty decent bonus at the end of the year. They also have a very generous maternity/paternity policy. Only glaring negative is the general lack of the ability to work from home.
