Hayneedle's benefits improved drastically once Walmart acquired the company. The 401K has a great match and vests 100%. Salary employees have the opportunity to earn RSU's (Restricted Stock Units) from Walmart. One downside of the acquisition was the change for salary employees who transitioned to hourly employees. The biggest benefit change went from unlimited PTO to accrued PTO.
They provide snacks a couple of times a week. Medical insurance is a very high deductible plan. Dental insurance is pretty good, after 2 years you are eligible for orthodontia. Vision seems decent. 401K they match to a certain percentage.
During my time there they made the deductible double what it was when I was hired.
Basic HSA insurance packages, nothing wonderful.
Decent benefits, big loud boy
The best thing is they are inclusive and cover trans care. Great rates
Was fine then they went with high deductible options only. Absolutely the worst insurance I’ve ever had.
Had to use Walmart's systems which are horrendous.
Worst thing is Walmart now owns Hayneedle and benefits are not as good
PT and FT benefits available.
