Flexible time off was great. 401k match.
Health insurance, 401k matching, life and AD&D policies. They also have a great maternity leave policy

They provide snacks a couple of times a week. Medical insurance is a very high deductible plan. Dental insurance is pretty good, after 2 years you are eligible for orthodontia. Vision seems decent. 401K they match to a certain percentage.
During my time there they made the deductible double what it was when I was hired.
Hayneedle's benefits improved drastically once Walmart acquired the company. The 401K has a great match and vests 100%. Salary employees have the opportunity to earn RSU's (Restricted Stock Units) from Walmart. One downside of the acquisition was the change for salary employees who transitioned to hourly employees. The biggest benefit change went from unlimited PTO to accrued PTO.
