Health insurance was pretty cheap for a single person if you kept up on the wellness requirements and health coaching (phone conversations with an outside wellness company) if necessary. Free Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance is also offered.
Best benefit is company matching 401k. Worst benefit is health, they don't offer many plans and they are very expensive for what you get.
Love that our PTO rolls over year to year. 401k Match is great.
Start earning PTO right away, benefits for full time are good and cheap for employees only. Family packages are higher but they cover almost everything.
As an intern, I did not receive full-time employee benefits. However, I did get an employee discount.
Worst: No maternity/paternity leave, health insurance is expensive, low PTO rate starting off Best: Automatically accrue two "free" days per year in addition to PTO
