    The best was access to excellent deals on products. Once a year or so we would have a "garage sale" which allowed us to get furniture, etc at extremely cheap prices. The general benefits were good with one major exception - they would not match the 401k.

    I didn't enroll in the benefits but i heard they were not bad. 401K is decent.

    I do not enroll in benefits packages. Overall PTO payout is fairly decent.

    Summer hours on Friday are a nice bonus and the discount on the outlet site gets you some great deals. Average benefits package but they did launch a 401k program with match.

    Commission offered but easily lost to other departments i.e. Business Sales or when CSA rewrites your order. Rarely earn more than $35 in commission in a month (if you're lucky). Insurance package is expensive and because wages are so low its hard to survive. Employee discounts not worth the effort, you can often purchase same item for less elsewhere.

    Best thing is the bonus, but it's not saying much. Worst thing is a tie between time off and the 401(k) plan. For time off, you start with 2 weeks per year. That's it, no sick time, nothing. 401(k) plan is garbage. Not only is there no company match, but the plan itself is terrible. The expenses that the plan has are outrageous.

    Healthcare, dental, paid time off. The paid time off was pretty good. Use those "Hayneedle Days" first, because those aren't paid out if you are let go. No 401(k). They offered sales bonuses while I was there. They rarely paid out and when they did it was just pocket change. Maybe $30-70.

    As a seasonal employee for the most part no benefits are offered. If I remember correctly all that is offered is community discounts and employee discounts.
