Health Ins is awful for price. Won’t cover opposite sex domestic partners but will cover same sex. Seems like discrimination to me.
Unable to cash in more than 80 hours at end of employment. Company stopped donation of PTO to other employees. Always changing insurance companies

We have paid time off/vacation. However, if patient flow is not what they want it to me they will send you home even if there is plenty of work to do.
Great coverage and inexpensive premiums. Additional health care perks as well (i.e. coverage for massage, acupuncture, weight loss, etc.).
New benefits are great!!! Unlimited PTO for top leadership levels. Performance based compensation is dependent upon how the company and individual performs
It is a good benefit package.
Insurance is expensive, but seems to have decent coverage. The company uses exclusionary policies that allow them to not cover spouses who have access to healthcare through their own employer. This means employees end up paying more for healthcare
