Health catalyst is very flexible about working locations. If you can make it to one of their offices … great. If not, not a problem. I work in the SLC office and half of my team works from home on a daily basis.
Lots of people work from home and have home offices with internet and phone partially (if not fully) paid for by the company.
Excellent opportunity to work remotely in various locations. Offer payment for cell phone and internet services as part of the support.
Very flexible on working from home, even in the Salt Lake City area.
They set you up with everything you need at home to work as well as everything in the office.
Great flexibility here--no micro-management; I know a number of senior executives (including the CEO) who transparently work from home for significant portions of every week, because they find that this is most effective for them. They openly share this, as a way of encouraging team members at every level to feel comfortable doing what is best for their circumstances.
Most managers will approve office equipment and internet service. You are responsible to submit it and be reasonable if you don't use it 25% of the time for work, it shouldn't be 100% of the bill.
