“The list of providers is good”
“Nothing to spectacular. Okay company ”
“PTO is decent the more time you spend at the company the more you get.. only downside is that it’s not frontloaded at the beginning of the year and you can’t take a day off without pay if you have time in your bank ”
The PTO accrual is good
Vision insurance is quite awful.
The benefits are fantastic! They have everything from 401K, Dental, Health Insurance, EAP, pet insurance, etc. Competitive premiums and great support from the benefits team.
Great Health care, I had the no premium option, so HF paid for all premium.
Hello all I am a biology graduate. I worked in cancer research and development for more than two years. Recently moved to Canada, and now I'm wanting to transition into clinical research. Most jobs I find online ask for atleast 2 years clinical experience. Does anyone have any tips on how to procure this experience? Should I invest in a course? Or should I volunteer at a CRO? I recently got offered a clinical admin position, would this count as clinical exp? Thanks
Hi, I’m interviewing for Laboratory supervisor positions at ARUP in the Salt Lake City, UT area. I have less than 2 years supervisor experience and I would like to negotiate if I get any offers. What are other people experiences/ salaries in same positions? Thanks!
You have to use their insurance….no privacy whatsoever
Benefits are good if I’m HF network
underpaid, worth staying if you have a good team
Very low cost medical benefits with good coverage. Option available for no deductible.
All the benefits from health to dental are phenomenal. For health expenses I barely have to pay out of pocket they recently updated plans my insurance is completely Paid for from the company. 401k and Roth employee match is decent also.
Mediocre at best. Nickel and dime hourly employees for everything.
