At Health Fitness, we provide a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that is intended to enhance the well-being of our associates by supporting their physical, mental and financial health.
Our health benefits allow employees to choose from among three medical plans, four dental plans and two vison plans, all with premiums partially subsidized by the company. Health Fitness also provides an annual contribution to covered associates’ health savings accounts to help defray medical costs. We offer tools that allow our employees to become more educated healthcare consumers, so their healthcare dollars go farther. Our robust wellness programs support and motivate our associates as they continue on their path to lifelong well-being.
Financial benefits include a competitive pay structure with an opportunity for incentive compensation. But that’s not all. We also offer a 401(k) plan with a company match. Associates enjoy company-paid life insurance and disability coverage and have the option to take advantage of additional individual life coverage at discounted rates.
Work-life balance is more than a buzzword at the Trustmark Companies. Our approach helps associates strike a healthy balance between work and family commitments. We offer flexible scheduling and, in some cases, allow telecommuting from home. Associates enjoy a generous vacation policy and paid holidays each year.
Our caring commitment to our associates and the greater good is evident at Health Fitness. The Trustmark Foundation makes donations to organizations where employee volunteer, and employees can also nominate charities in their own communities for Foundation funding. We offer college scholarships to the children of our associates to help defray tuition costs for deserving students. We promote employee volunteerism by offering volunteer opportunities to our associates, including participation in United Way Days of Caring.
Low montly premiums and comprehensive benefits
The Time Off/ PTO could be revamped
You get PTO; however, your PTO is also your sick days.
Worst is the low pay and the best would be the health insurance plan was pretty good.
I cannot think of a negative quality to their benefits package
Fun job to have outside of a full-time job to teach fitness to a fun group of people! That feels good.
Health Insurance was best. PTO was worst
Health Benefits, Vision and Dental, 401K
401 K is decent, healthcare benefits are expensive. PTO tops off at 120 hours then you lose it.
Everything is online and easy to access, change and update. Benefits were excellent in the past, but times have changed, and the benefits are still great but not as good in the past.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
