Poor retirement plan and saving benefits. Yearly raises for highly evaluated employee range from five cents to thirty cents and some years no raises at all unless you are administration or corporate.Very little regard for senior employees, no compensation giving to long time employees.
Good pay and decent vacation
The benefits were really standard, the cost increased every year naturally. The 401k match was nice, the family benefits were great. Stock options would have been a nice added benefit.
