We offer a tuition reimbursement program which covers 50% of preapproved courses upon successful completion. Employees are eligible for this benfit after their one year anniversary.
I know there was a comment that said no one uses it, but HWP helped pay for several classes for me. It is talked about in orientation, but then not really brought up. If you fill out the paperwork, turn it in to HR, HR was excited to see someone use the program. Not sure where that person got their information.
